It was developed to be compact and high-yielding while holding up well against wind and rain. After harvest, the coffee is processed naturally, meaning the whole cherry is dried with the fruit still intact around the seed. This adds sweetness and body to the final cup.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eQuality control runs through every stage of production. The family tracks the coffee from tree to warehouse using a traceability program, with their team monitoring each step along the way.
