Is the coffee really that good?
Heck yes. We're so confident you'll be impressed with the beans we send your way, because:
- We only source beans that are used at the best and most well-known cafes across the country, and...
- Every roast is sampled by us, and if we don't love it, we don't ship it.
I loved a coffee you sent me. Can you keep sending just that coffee?
That depends on whether it's a Blend or Single Origin coffee.
You can add or swap any Blend coffee into your subscription. Go to Manage Subscriptions, and choose the product you want to add. You might be billed more or less once you make the change.
Our Single Origin offerings are seasonal and are only available for a few months, sometimes just weeks! If you really loved one, let us know and we'll find you a Blend that is similar.
How fresh is the coffee?
Very. Every bag is roasted to order, then shipped from us to you.
Can I change my taste profile?
For sure! Go to Manage Subscriptions, and let us know your new flavour profile.
What if I don’t like a coffee I receive?
No problem. Just let us know and we’ll make it right - whether that’s sending a replacement or adjusting future picks.
Can I skip a shipment or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You’re in control. Skip, pause, or cancel your subscription whenever you like.
How much coffee comes in a bag?
Every bag is a little different. On average each bag has about 300g of coffee.
What kind of coffees do you offer?
We focus on single-origin coffees from small, quality-obsessed roasters. The beans are always fresh and in season.
Are the beans ethically sourced?
Yes. We work with roasters who prioritize traceability, fair pay, and sustainable practices from farm to cup.
Are the beans good for Espresso? Drip? Pour over?
Yes, yes, and yes. We choose beans that are versatile enough to produce full flavours no matter what brewing method you choose.
Do you offer ground coffee?
Not right now. This keeps the beans fresh and quality intact. We recommend getting an inexpensive burr grinder if you need one. If you really wish we'd grind your coffee ahead of shipping, send us a note - we love suggestions.
Is the packaging eco-friendly?
We like to keep things minimal - we won't add packaging that isn't needed, and we'll avoid plastic wherever possible. Our partners typically (but not always) package their coffee in recyclable bags, but this depends on the roaster.
When will my coffee ship?
If you purchase before the 20th of the month, your first shipment will be delivered at the start of the next month.
If your first subscription order is between the 20th and the end of the month, your first order will be shipped at the start of the month after next. For example, if you order on April 22nd, your next order will be on June 1.
All subsequent shipments are billed on the 1st of the month, and shipped on the first full week of the month
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship from Toronto and arrive fresh within 2–5 business days - timing will depend on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on all subscription orders with 2 or more bags, as well as orders over $75.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in Canada served by Canada Post. International shipping isn’t available just yet — but we’re working on it. Use the form to get in touch and tell us where you're from!
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email.
Can I update my shipping address?
Yes. You can update your address anytime from your account dashboard. If an order is already on the way, just email us — we’ll do our best to help.
