Thank you for choosing Stillwater! We're committed to delivering fresh, exceptional coffee to your doorstep every month. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Shipping Schedule

Subscriptions are shipped once per month. Orders placed by the 25th of each month will be included in the next month's shipment.

All boxes are shipped during the first week of each month, so you can start enjoying your coffee right away.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Canada.

Shipping to the United States is available for an additional fee.

Delivery Time

Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is included with all subscription plans and orders over $75.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping Damages or Issues

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us at hi@stillwatercoffee.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right!

Subscription Changes

You can update your shipping address or pause/cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account. Changes must be made before the 25th of the month to apply to the next shipment.
