When will my gift box ship?
Pre-orders open November 1st. All gift boxes ship starting December 1st. Order by December 10th for guaranteed delivery before the holidays. Shipping within Canada typically takes 3-5 business days.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes! You can add a personalized note card when you select your gift box. Your message will be printed on a card and included in the box.
What if the recipient doesn't have brewing equipment?
If you're not sure about their setup, we recommend our Complete Brewing Kits. These include everything they need to make great coffee at home: an AeroPress with filters, a grinder, fresh coffee, plus some extras. For recipients who already brew at home, our Coffee Collection or Coffee & Tumbler options are perfect.
How are Gift Boxes different from a gift subscription?
Gift boxes are a one-time gift that ships once with everything included. Gift subscriptions deliver fresh coffee monthly for as long as you choose (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Both make great gifts. Learn more about gift subscriptions.
Can I choose which coffees are included in the box?
We select the coffee for each gift box, choosing balanced, approachable coffees that showcase quality without being intimidating. This takes the guesswork out of gifting and ensures the recipient will enjoy what they receive.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Gift boxes currently ship within Canada only.
What if they don't like the coffee?
We stand behind our coffee. If there's an issue with your gift box, contact us and we'll make it right.
