Can I skip a shipment or cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You’re in control. Skip, pause, or cancel your subscription whenever you like from Manage Subscriptions.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — shipping is free on all subscription orders with 2 or more bags, as well as orders over $75.

What if I don’t like a coffee I receive?

No problem. Just let us know and we’ll make it right - whether that’s sending a replacement or adjusting future picks.

How fresh is the coffee?

Very. Every bag is roasted to order, then shipped from us to you.
