About Hatch

Hatch Coffee is a small-batch specialty roaster based in Markham, Ontario. They focus on rare seasonal lots alongside a core lineup, and operate as a direct-to-consumer roaster with monthly subscription delivery.

The team selects green coffee for clarity and seasonality, and runs the operation as a HACCP-certified, carbon-neutral business.

We were drawn to Hatch for their exciting single-origin coffees and commitment to improving the lives of women coffee farmers. Also, don’t sleep on their Oatado cold brew... it’s SO tasty.
