Finca El Jardin (300g)

Mario Mejia took over his family's coffee farm in Honduras when he was just 24. As a fourth-generation grower, he runs Finca El Jardin's 32 hectares, growing everything from traditional Catuai and Pacas varieties to exotic beans he's been experimenting with.

Mario studied agronomy and leads the local Specialty Coffee Program, teaching other farmers about growing higher-quality coffee. In 2023, he built his own processing mill and now helps other producers in his community process their coffee too.
