About Paradigm Spark

David Kim spent seven years roasting at Phil & Sebastian before starting his own coffee. Paradigm Spark followed in 2021, on the eastern edge of downtown Calgary, where the coffee is roasted on site.

Kim has placed in multiple Canadian National Barista Championships, and the roasting carries the same precision.

Paradigm Spark is run by David Kim, whose top-end coffees will be featured in this month's “Dean's List”. Paradigm Spark has a scientific bent to their approach to roasting, and I'm here for all the precision they bring to their roasting craft. Enjoy!
