About Dispatch

Dispatch Coffee was founded in Montreal in 2012 by Chrissy Durcak. It started as a cold brew operation delivered around the city by bicycle, then grew into a full roastery built around coffee as a tool for supply-chain equity.

About 73% of Dispatch's sourcing comes from smallholder farmers and women-led supply chains. Each producer relationship is built around direct trade and long-term partnership, not season-by-season transactions.

The story of every lot they roast is the story of the people behind it, and that shapes how the team selects, describes, and rotates coffees on the menu.
