Blend Classique (300g)

This medium-dark blend combines 80% natural Yellow Catucaí from Brazil with 20% washed coffee from Mexico's Sierra Azul Co-op. The darker roast brings out chocolate, orange zest, and toasted flavors that work well for shorter, syrupy espresso shots or anyone who prefers a classic, full-bodied cup.

Tiago Manzoli grows the Yellow Catucaí in Minas Gerais using regenerative farming and natural processing. The Sierra Azul farmers grow Bourbon, Typica, and Mundo Novo in Chiapas using traditional washed methods. The components shift with harvest seasons, but the roast profile stays consistent.
