Thom Bargen Coffee Roasters was founded in Winnipeg in 2012 by Graham Bargen and Thom Hiebert. Early influences included Phil & Sebastian's approach to quality and producer relationships.

The roastery focuses on direct sourcing and transparent supply chains. Each coffee selection is treated as an extension of respect for the grower.
