What if we already have a coffee machine and a grinder?
No problem! We’re happy to supply just the beans. If you're happy with your current setup, we’ll work with it.
Can you provide and maintain a machine?
Yes. We can provide a high-quality coffee machine and grinder that fits your space and your office's coffee style. If you sign a long-term contract with us, we'll loan you the coffee machine and grinder at a discount. We'll also find you a local partner to handle annual maintenance and repairs. No downtime, no stress.
What happens if the coffee machine breaks down?
Just get in touch. We'll arrange our maintenance partners who can handle the rest. And if you need a loaner, we’ll send you a machine while yours is in repair. Your team shouldn't have to go long without coffee.
What if we run out of coffee before our next order?
Things happen. We get it. You can always top up your supply with an online order. If you think you might need to increase your monthly order, you can manage your subscription on our site.
How often will we get coffee deliveries?
That depends on your team size and how much coffee you go through. We’ll recommend a starting schedule (usually bi-weekly or monthly), and check in periodically to adjust. It’s flexible and easy to dial in.
What kind of coffee will you send us?
We send coffee from Canada's best roasters with fresh, balanced flavors that work for everyone on your team, not just coffee enthusiasts. You can let us know your team’s taste preferences, or leave it to us to keep things interesting. Either way, the coffee’s fresh, well-sourced, and a big step up from office standards.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No long-term commitments required, though there are some perks (like a discounts on coffee and equipment) if you sign a long term contract with us. We’re here to make coffee better and easier, not to lock you in, so if you have your own coffee machine and grinder, feel free to go month-to-month with us.
Will you install the machine for me?
That's up to you. Our partners supply us with easy-to-use coffee machines that require very little work to get up and running, and have minor maintenance requirements. That said, we can recommend an installation technician for a fee if you need some help.
Will we need a grinder?
Yes. You can buy your own, or we can set you up with a grinder from our store.
How much coffee will I need?
1 kg gives about 50 cups of coffee. We deliver monthly and have a 1kg/month minimum for business orders.
