Rumudamo (300g)
Asefa Dukamo Korma manages Rumudamo Station in Ethiopia's Sidama zone, where more than 600 farmers bring their coffee cherries. At 2,200 meters above sea level, it's one of the highest coffee-growing areas in the region.
The station processes coffee three different ways - natural (sun-dried on African beds), honey, and washed (fermented for 48-72 hours before drying). Most farmers grow the local 74112 heirloom variety.
Rumudamo's high elevation and careful processing have paid off - their coffees placed 2nd and 3rd in Ethiopia's 2020 Cup of Excellence competition.
