About the Coffee

Elevate is Eclipse's rotating premium blend, built to change with the seasons. Rather than locking in a fixed recipe year-round, Eclipse adjusts the blend to reflect what's performing best at any given time. The result is a coffee that stays consistent in character, balanced and approachable, even as the underlying components shift.

Eclipse recommends letting the coffee rest about 10 days from the roast date before brewing. This gives the CO2 released during roasting time to dissipate, which helps the coffee brew more evenly and taste cleaner in the cup.

Because the blend composition changes throughout the year, the specific origins and processing methods will vary. What stays consistent is the intention: a balanced cup that works well across different brewing methods and doesn't require any dialing in to enjoy.

About Eclipse

Eclipse Coffee Roasters was founded in 2014 in Canmore, Alberta. They roast to order, meaning your coffee is roasted after you place your order rather than pulled from pre-roasted stock sitting in a warehouse.

On the sourcing side, Eclipse screens all of their coffees for environmental and social responsibility, and pays above market price to the farms they work with. They publish sourcing details alongside each coffee so you know where it came from and how it was grown.
