Ricardo Zelaya's farm sits in Antigua, one of Guatemala's oldest coffee regions surrounded by three volcanoes. The volcanic soil and steady climate there create the conditions for sweet, clean coffees. Spilt Milk washes and medium roasts these beans to bring out notes of Honeycomb, Candied Orange, and Brown Sugar. This works well as an everyday coffee whether you're brewing drip or pulling espresso shots. The sweetness holds up across different methods without getting complicated.
