Elzi

The Corsi family blends Geisha and Yellow Bourbon varieties at Fazenda Rodomunho in Cerrado Mineiro, one of Brazil's most consistent coffee regions. Natural processing means the beans dry inside the cherry, which gives this coffee its clean sweetness and smooth body. Spilt Milk roasts it light-medium to bring out notes of Wildflower Honey and Vanilla Cupcake. It's an easy-drinking coffee that works well if you're looking for something sweet without being heavy.
