The Pura is the entry-level model in the series of espresso machines made in Italy by Eureka. It offers the purist all the essentials needed to prepare an excellent espresso. Eureka started from scratch to design this machine: a new chassis that greatly facilitates maintenance, premium components and a design focused on innovation.
Its compact design allows it to be installed under any kitchen cabinet — even with cups placed on top — while offering a width that allows the barista to work comfortably.
Our opinion: If you want to start preparing quality espresso drinks and are considering a more affordable machine such as the Ascaso Dream, the Rancilio Silvia, the Gaggia Classic, the Profitec Go or a Breville machine, we recommend you reconsider your choice and go straight up to the next level with this excellent machine. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. The machine has to be unused and in its original packaging.
Email hi@stillwatercoffee.ca first and we will send you a return label and instructions. Machines sent back without an approved return are not accepted.

Descaling and cleaning are on you, and skipping them is the usual reason a claim gets refused. Use filtered or bottled water if your tap water is hard.
