Gigesa

This natural processed coffee comes from 500 smallholder farmers around the Gigesa washing station in West Arsi, Ethiopia. The cherries are dried whole with the fruit still attached, which gives the coffee its fruity, wine-like character. You'll taste Rainier Cherries and Malbec with a silky body that's lighter than most naturals from the region. Spilt Milk roasts it light to keep those delicate fruit notes front and center.
