Gilcimar and his brother-in-law Jose Fortunado have partnered for eight years on a 12-hectare farm in Brazil's Castelo district. Located between 1,000-1,200 meters above sea level and surrounded by Atlantic Forest, the farm benefits from rich biodiversity and ideal microclimates.

They specialize in Catucai, Catuai, and Yellow Obata varieties that have earned local recognition for their quality. Their meticulous cultivation and processing methods showcase how skilled farming works with the natural environment.
