The Hario V60-02 SWITCH dripper extracts coffee after immersing ground coffee in hot water. It starts dripping after the switch is pressed, allowing anyone to extract coffee evenly.
It makes a cleaner, less bitter cup of coffee than the French Press with about the same amount of effort.
Want to try your hand at pour over technique? The SWITCH does that too. Leave the switch open and the SWITCH works just like a Hario V60.
