The secret of a perfect coffee lies in its preparation. JURA has completely revised and perfected the espresso percolation process. The E6 thus makes it possible to create specialties of a quality worthy of a coffee bar. The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.), developed by JURA, optimizes the extraction time by injecting hot water under pressure through the coffee grounds in rapid pulses for a short espresso. This process allows all the aromas to develop. Eight intensity levels ensure a tasting experience tailored to everyone's preferences.

Automatic filter detection with the intelligent water system

The CLARIS water filters provide a perfect water quality for a sensational tasting experience. At the same time, they protect the machine against limescale and remove the substances that alter the taste and smell of the water (e.g. heavy metals or chlorine). To take full advantage of the filter's benefits and capacity, JURA developed the Intelligent Water System (I.W.S.). The filter cartridge and the machine communicate by radio using RFID technology. The filter is automatically detected. Using a filter has never been so simple or so safe.

The E6 will satisfy all those who wish to access their favourite coffee directly. Its front buttons for the 4 functions Espresso, Coffee, Cappuccino and Milk Foam lead straight to the goal. The E6 is a true 2-cup machine that can prepare 2 espressos or 2 coffees simultaneously. Thanks to the modern TFT colour display, its operation is intuitive.
