Las Segovias (300g)

PRODECOOP (Promotora de Desarollo Cooperativa de las Segovias) is a female-led cooperative of 2,700 coffee producers from Nicaragua's Estelí, Madriz, and Nueva Segovias departments. Their coffees are remarkably consistent thanks to farmer education programs and skilled quality assurance staff at their state-of-the-art dry mill.

Most farms in Nueva Segovia range from 1-14 hectares at higher altitudes, and coffees from this region have historically performed well in Cup of Excellence competitions.
