Lelit Bianca
Lelit Bianca
Also available in stainless steel.
Bianca is a no-compromise machine, with the E61 group, manual control of the water flow and a dual boiler, created only for those who want to get the best out of every type of coffee.
The new frontier of espresso
Bianca is the flagship of LELIT espresso machines. A true gem that allows expert baristas to have absolute control over espresso extraction through manual control of the water flow thanks to the wooden paddle and the management of parameters with the LCC system.
A long pre-infusion, at constant pressure
Bianca has eliminated the mechanical pre-infusion present in the E61 group, replacing it with the LCC-Paddle pairing which allows you to program the "pump on" and "pump off" times and to obtain a constant pre-infusion pressure for a much longer duration.
Setting the maximum pump pressure
In order to extract the best from each variety of coffee or degree of roast, each barista can decide to modify the pump calibration (up to a maximum of 12 bar) through the adjustment screw. The variation in pressure affects the behaviour of the pre-infusion and the paddle.
An extraordinary extraction
The portafilter has a diameter of 58mm with a wooden handle and a Coffee Slide spout that accompanies the coffee into the cup and actively contributes to the creation of the espresso. The progressive incline, the length of the spout and the open surfaces are masterfully balanced to obtain the best result.
Buttons and paddle in walnut wood
All the details fitted on Bianca, such as the buttons, the paddle and the portafilter handle are made of fine walnut wood for an extremely pleasant feel to the touch and an aesthetic result of great class.
Paddle
By turning the paddle, you vary in real time the water flow over the coffee puck until reaching the maximum pressure. In this way it is possible to manually modulate the extraction to obtain the best result in the cup with all types of coffees or blends.
LCC
This is the instrument that allows you to manage the machine's parameters, such as for example the regulation of the temperatures of the coffee and steam extraction, the pre-infusion duration, the activation or deactivation of the steam boiler, the management of stand-by times, the partial and total dose counters and the display of temperatures in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.
Dual boiler
Two independent boilers, one for steam and hot water extraction and another for coffee extraction. A system designed for greater thermal stability and to be able to extract coffee and steam simultaneously.
FEATURES
Repositionable reservoir
Bianca's reservoir sits inside a ''backpack" external to the bodywork in order to avoid the possible warming of the water; it can be repositioned on one of the three side panels of the machine to best adapt to the available spaces. In addition, it has been designed to be easily removed for cleaning operations.
Measures the true extraction pressure
Through the pressure gauge mounted directly on the E61 group, it is possible to measure the real pressure applied to the coffee puck, for an even more precise and accurate control of the extraction.
Stainless steel bodywork
The bodywork and the drip tray of Bianca are made of polished AISI 304 steel, the king of materials, for an infinite lifespan, an aesthetic appearance and an ease of cleaning without equal.
Steam-hot water wands with cool touch technology
The new LELIT steam and hot water wands, with their new ergonomic geometry, are cool touch. This helps to avoid possible burns, to clean the wands with ease and to prevent the formation of milk residue for an even more satisfying experience.
Adjustable feet
The feet of Bianca are made of walnut wood, the same material used for the other details of the machine, and are adjustable in height - thus ensuring optimal stability of the machine on all surfaces and, in the case of connection to the water mains, an adjustment of the machine's incline to drain the water easily.
Energy saving
Bianca is built with a sophisticated system to save energy. This allows you to program a stand by time after which the steam boiler is deactivated and the coffee boiler is maintained at a temperature of 70°C, with a cup-warmer efficiency of 80%. This guarantees a machine warm-up time of about 10 minutes and a significant saving of the energy consumed.
Technical parameters
A high-performance machine like Bianca must be able to adapt to the various operating conditions and the various extraction requirements of each barista. To this end, Bianca is equipped with a technical sub-menu that allows you to customize the parameters, such as the temperature of the two boilers.
On the Bianca, there are 4 different modes of use:
1- Sleep mode (eco mode) : after a programmed time (from 30 to 540 minutes), the software lowers the temperature of the coffee boiler to 70°C, while the steam boiler drops to 0°C.
2- Stand-by mode (standby mode) : this is the novelty of the Bianca V3. After 30 minutes, the coffee and steam boilers as well as the LCC switch off. This is the default setting.
3- E-Mode : the steam boiler is always off.
4- Always ON : when the user deactivates the stand-by mode (standby mode) and sleep mode (eco mode). The machine is always on.
One bag should yield 18 double espressos or 15 cups of filter coffee. If you find you need less or more, you can manage your subscription.
