Designed to heat up quickly, this machine is ready to brew in a remarkably reduced time.

This model represents a true evolution, with enriched features that elevate the home coffee experience to a level never before reached.

Every detail of the new Giotto has been carefully thought out. In collaboration with the designer Valerio Cometti + V12 Design, we optimized the dimensions of the machine to improve its ergonomics, thus achieving ideal proportions and a silhouette that evokes robustness and quality.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

The geometric interplay between the polygons creates a striking chromatic effect.
The missing triangle on the upper side panel introduces a unique colour pattern, adding an element of surprise that reflects our attention to detail, appealing even to the most demanding aesthetes.

THE HEART OF THE MACHINE

The new coffee group, which appeared for the first time on the Appartamento TCA line, integrates perfectly with the clean lines of the new Giotto, consolidating a harmonious design philosophy.

FORM AND FUNCTION

As with all Rocket machines, the work area has been designed to adapt to the natural movements of the barista, guaranteeing a perfect alliance between form and function.

• Display and double pressure gauge: the two pressure gauges and the extraction counter screen highlight the advanced features of the new model.

• Steam and water taps: their minimalist and precise design reflects the dispensing performance of the Giotto model, in an aesthetic consistent with the rest of the Rocket range.

HIDDEN DETAIL (EASTER EGG)

To pay tribute to our dedicated team and to highlight our attention to detail, a small "easter egg" has been hidden in the cup-warmer area.
We can't wait to find out who will notice it!

TECHNOLOGY

The new Giotto R and Giotto V models are not just about their exceptional design.
They introduce a series of innovative features to guarantee perfect results, quickly and effortlessly.

DESIGNED FOR SPEED

The coffee group embodies robustness, reliability and speed, with a fast-heating technology allowing a first brew in only 12 minutes on average after switching on.
A colour indicator informs the user when the machine is ready.

OLED SCREEN

The new Giotto is equipped with an OLED screen that allows you to:

1. Display extraction times

2. Manage various machine parameters (boiler temperature, group temperature)

3. Monitor operating errors

FEATURES

Thanks to a new electronic system developed by Rocket, the Giotto range allows you to set:

1. Standby mode (energy saving) — disabled or enabled after 30 min (default: 30 min)

2. The boiler pressure with adjustment to the degree (PID technology)

3. The sensitivity of the reservoir level probe (high 1 MΩ / medium 400 kΩ / low 150 kΩ — default: low) — reserved for the technician

4. The sensitivity of the boiler level probe (high 1 MΩ / medium 400 kΩ / low 150 kΩ — default: low) — reserved for the technician

5. The brightness level of the RGB LED indicator (10%, 20%, 50%, 100% — default: 10%) — adjustable by the technician

Three programming buttons are located behind the drip tray.
A USB port is also integrated (accessible only by a technician via the side panel or the cup warmer) and allows software updates.
