The new Mozzafiato

("Mozzafiato" means "breathtaking" in English) marks the stylistic and functional evolution of a machine that embodies Rocket's passion for design, coffee and cycling.

With its new features, this machine is ideal for creating a unique coffee experience at home.
Carefully designed to heat up quickly, it allows a much faster start-up than previous models.

Every detail of the new Mozzafiato has been meticulously thought out. In collaboration with designer Valerio Cometti + V12 Design, we optimized the dimensions of the Mozzafiato in order to improve its ergonomics, achieving perfect proportions and a silhouette that evokes both solidity and quality.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

The Mozzafiato range draws its inspiration from a source as unexpected as it is original: the iconic roof racks of vintage vehicles.

Its die-cast sides showcase exceptional build quality, with shapes inspired by legendary vehicles such as the Volvo estate cars of the 1980s, as well as renowned off-roaders like the Land Rover Defender and the Toyota Land Cruiser.

The heart of the machine

The new brew group, already introduced in the Appartamento TCA line, integrates perfectly with the clean lines of the new Mozzafiato body, embodying a truly coherent design philosophy.

Form and function

As with all Rocket machines, the work area is ergonomically designed to accompany the barista's natural movements, ensuring a perfect harmony between form and function.

• Display and dual manometer
  The two manometers and the shot counter display highlight the advanced functionality of the new Mozzafiato.
• Steam and water valves
  The minimalist and precise design of the new valves reflects the dispensing performance of the Mozzafiato, in a look harmonized with the entire Rocket range.

Hidden detail (Easter Egg)

As a testament to the attention paid to detail during the development of the new Mozzafiato range — and as a tribute to our dedicated team — a small "easter egg" has been concealed in the cup-warmer area.

TECHNOLOGY

The new Mozzafiato R and Mozzafiato V are not content with a remarkable design alone.
They incorporate a full range of new features to guarantee perfect results in the cup, quickly and easily.

Designed for speed

The brew group embodies robustness, reliability and speed, thanks to a rapid-heating technology allowing a first extraction in only 12 minutes on average after switching on.

The machine is now equipped with a colour indicator informing the user when it is ready.

OLED display

The new Mozzafiato is equipped with an OLED display allowing you to:

1. Display extraction times
2. Manage various information and settings of the machine (boiler temperature, group temperature)
3. Monitor operating errors

Features

Thanks to a brand-new electronic system developed by Rocket, the new Mozzafiato allows you to manage:

1. Standby mode (energy saving) — disabled or activated after 30 min (default: 30 min)
2. The working pressure of the boiler with a temperature-based adjustment (PID technology)
3. The sensitivity of the reservoir level probe (high: 1 MΩ / medium: 400 kΩ / low: 150 kΩ – default: low) — technician only
4. The sensitivity of the boiler level probe (high: 1 MΩ / medium: 400 kΩ / low: 150 kΩ – default: low) — technician only
5. The brightness level of the RGB LED indicator (10% – 20% – 50% – 100%, default: 10%) — technician only

Three programming buttons are placed behind the drip tray.
The machine also has a USB port, accessible only by a technician by removing the side panel or the cup warmer, used to perform software updates.
