Have a look at the box before you open it. If it turns up dented, crushed or torn, photograph it before unboxing and email hi@stillwatercoffee.ca the same day.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. The machine has to be unused and in its original packaging.

Email hi@stillwatercoffee.ca first and we will send you a return label and instructions. Machines sent back without an approved return are not accepted.

If it turns up defective or it is the wrong machine, tell us right away and we will sort it out. Full return policy

2 years parts and labour, covered by the manufacturer.

Email hi@stillwatercoffee.ca with your order number and what the machine is doing, and we will open the claim for you.

Descaling and cleaning are on you, and skipping them is the usual reason a claim gets refused. Use filtered or bottled water if your tap water is hard.
