Exchange it within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and has all its original accessories and packaging. A refund instead of an exchange has a 25% processing fee taken off. Used machines cannot be returned, and sale items are final unless they are defective.

It is also possible to froth the milk at the same time as extracting the espresso thanks to its heat-exchanger system.
