Tiago Manzoli
Tiago Manzoli left teaching to farm coffee with his father, Beto, on their 7-hectare land in Minas Gerais, Brazil. They grow Yellow Catucaí, handpicking ripe cherries and sun-drying them naturally on their patio for several weeks. The farm uses biodynamic nutrients instead of chemical pesticides, with native trees providing shade and enriching the soil.
The natural processing brings out sweet, fruity flavors with notes of toffee, blueberry muffin, and shortbread. Climate change has brought more droughts and floods to Brazil, making Tiago's regenerative methods essential for keeping the farm viable while producing coffee that tastes this clean and developed.
One bag should yield 18 double espressos or 15 cups of filter coffee. If you find you need less or more, you can manage your subscription.
