Omar Arango Tinoco runs Finca San Luis with his family in Colombia's Tolima region. For 25 years, he's grown coffee using organic practices without formal certification, keeping beehives and diverse plants to support local wildlife.

Omar employs a small year-round team and hires up to 90 seasonal pickers from nearby communities, focusing on fair treatment and environmental sustainability. The farm grows multiple coffee varieties on the hillsides of Líbano.

Everything at San Luis is done with intention - from the biodiverse farming practices to how Omar treats his workers, making it the kind of operation we're proud to feature.
